Theme: ‘The Submerged Sojourn’:

Oceans are very vast; they encompass a multitude of unexplainable spectacles, from underwater waterfalls to volcanoes, from deep-sea giants to bioluminescent microbes, from the remains of ancient civilizations to even the possibility of a highly advanced one! These infinite possibilities present the perfect opportunity for inquisitive minds to explore! As quoted by NASA Oceanographer Dr. Gene Feldman, “We have better maps of the surface of Mars and the moon than we do of the bottom of the ocean,” we know very little about the place animal life on earth originated from. Through this year’s theme, Techfest aims to take a deep dive into this abyssal mystery and explore the unfathomable possibilities that lie beneath our oceans.
